Galerie Vivienne

Galerie Vivienne is one of the hidden charms of Paris, and one of the most beautiful Parisian "Galleries". These internal streets with a glass roof where very successful in 1800s, somehow the ancestors of Shopping malls. Gallerie Vivienne, built in 1823 is one of the most charming examples, and still include around 30 shops and a few restaurants.

Located between the Palais Royal, la Bourse (stock exchange) and the Opéra, it is worth a visit, especially when walking there from Palais Royal, and crossing the gardens of the Palace;
