Alhambra

Located in the city of Granada, in Spain, the Alhambra Palace is an architectural expression of Islam. In fact, the name "Alhambra" comes from Al Hamra, which means "red" in Arabic and it represents the colour of the rocks on which the palace is built.
Entrance to the Alhambra Palace costs 14 euro / adult, 8 euros (12-15 years) and is free for children under 12 years. The Palace can be visited from Tuesday to Saturday between 15 March to 14 October and on Fridays and Saturdays during October 15 to March 14.
