Arrocería Champañería Gala Restaurant

This restaurant specialized in Paella and rice is an institution in old Madrid, with it's inside winter garden and tens of different rice recepies. Unfortunatly, as often with successful restaurants, quality tends to go down with time. I always ate well there rice base dishes, but the service is very irregular and could be sometimes bad.

I still like to go there for a black paella and the prices remained reasonable;
