Brasserie l'EST

Brasserie l'Est is one of the 5 brasseries managed by Paul Bocuse, one of the most famous french chefs.
Out of the 5 (Nord, Sud, Est, Ouest and l'Argençon), my favourite is l'Est.
The restaurant is in the beautiful old railway station les Brotteaux. The inside is very nice, with a small electric train going around the restaurant near the ceiling. The kitchen is openned to the restaurant, so you can the cooks preparing the dishes, and it's really impressive to see it. If you're alone or with one or two persons, you can eat at the bar just separated by a glass from the cooks. I recommend the experience. The only default I see in terms of atmosphere is the high level of noise in the restaurant, but this is common in the french brasseries.
