Brauhaus Früh

If you like to have the original beer of Cologne - the "Kölsch" - this is your No. 1 adress. You can find this typical Brewery from 1904 nearby the Cologne Cathedral and it provides the original atmoshpere of an old standard brewery. The menu is full of regional food and is written in german and english.

Some facts to know: the waiters are called "Köbes" (there are only men working) if your beer is empty you´ll get a new one without being asked for, if you don´t like to drink more than put your beermat on your glass ... and never ask for something else to drink than a "Kölsch", or in exceptional cases for a mineral water or a coke. There are no electronic cash or credit cards accepted, but there is a banking machine inside.
