Club Hollywood

Club Hollywood is a great gym to train, all the equipment is handcrafted (except dumbells and barbells). Therefore most of the machines are unique. My favorite one is the one that stands out more from normal gyms: a plate loaded smith-machine-styled shoulder press machine, that moves in a perfect vertical motion, without any angle degree modification (I actually found a very similar machine in Olymp, Düsseldorf, but selectorized). All the selectorized machines and all the pulley aren't attached with metallic cables like you're probably used to, but instead, they are attached with bicycle chains, or with ropes, which gives a totally different muscle feeling (the rope gives a smooth feeling and the chain a harder one). About once a month, an oil guy comes to oil all the machines of every old gym in Tangier.

What I don't like too much about this gym is that most of the plates are 10kg plates, there are very few 20kg plates (so for deadlifts since I only had 10kg plates and I had to elevate them because they were too small and I didn't want to do deficit deadlifts, I used step wood stools, which I broke after 3 sets, and the staff was not too happy about it but they did not make a big deal out of it because they knew I was here to train and I did what I could).
This gym is open 4 days per week.
