Europa Park - Rust

Europa Park is the largest amusement park in Germany, the second greatest in Europe attraction- wise after Disneyland.
Located in the south of Germany, bordering Switzerland and France, Europa-Park gathers on an area of ​​85 ha, 13 European thematic areas offering to tourists more than 100 attractions, varied shows, theatre performances, cinema as well as a wide gastronomic variety.
It is located near the city of Freiburg at only 40 km and 160 km away from Stuttgart, in the town of Rust. This German amusement park has as global theme the idea of ​​a united Europe. The main attractions are the two roller-coasters: Silver Star and the new Catapult Coaster (2009). If Silver Star, the largest and tallest roller-coaster in Europe - which falls into the void with a speed of 130 km / hour - will not raise to the maximum the level of adrenaline, then surely the new Catapult Coaster that reaches a breath-taking speed in less than 2.5 sec, making three 360 degrees turns and the highest looping - will take your breath away!
The park is divided into several areas, including 26 miniature representations - attractions, which include a miniature of the Berlin Wall, windmills from Holland, Fiord Rafting from the Scandinavian Peninsula, the space station Mir and many other miniature tourist attractions from Germany, Italy, France, Greece, Switzerland, England, Russia, Holland, Scandinavia, Portugal, Austria and Spain. Each of them have their own area in the park with specific attractions, traditional food and specific style.
The tourists that are passionate about films and cinema will find here a 4D cinema - "Magic Cinema". Choco land is the attraction that will make you discover the chocolate production process, Adventure Land offers some classic recreational facilities, namely roller-coaster, carousels, trains, karts and an area dedicated to children, Children's World.
