Félicié is a typical french brasserie which totally changed after it was bought and cleaned up; It's now one of the neighborhood's favourite, where you can have a snack or a meal for a very decent price.
The service is friendly and they have a nice terrasse.
I had the Félicie casse croute for 13 EUR, composed of a mix plate of cheese and charcuterie and a glass of wine.
They have a 6.9 EUR breakfast during week days and a brunch formula on sundays.
