L'Os à Moelle - Schmidt

L'os à moelle, for a long time one of the neighborhood's favourites, was sold in 2011 and changed owner sand chef. The new owner and Chef, Stephane Schmidt wa spreviously the Second Chef of another parisian famous restaurant - Le Violon D'Ingres.

They serve refined french cuisine, with well prepared and nicely presented typical French dishes, including with products you don't find in normal restaurants, such as Game and Giblets.

The restaurant is small and simply decorated, and the service is fine.

A good address, which was able to keep with the old standards, but with a slight rise in prices. Less
