Le Georges is a restaurant located at the 6th floor of Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris modern art museum.

The restaurant has a nice modern industrial style decor which matches quite well with the Center's architecture. The most striking thing in the restaurant is definitly the view on Paris, one of the most beautiful in the city of light.
Greatly romantic for a couple.

The restaurant is managed by the Costes Group which has several other famous restaurants in Paris like the Café Marly, Café Ruc and a few others. And as in the other Cafés of the Group which are all superbly located in highly touristic spots, ther service is quite bad, in terms of welcoming and treating clients. It is more a factory style service since they will be full whatever the way they treat their clients.

The food is good, but definitly expensive for that.
I guess it is the price to pay to enjoy this fantastic view.
Important: when you book ask for a table on the corner of the windows. It is a breathtaking view on Notre Dame de Paris and the Eiffel Tower.
