Leo de Lion

Very nice discovery with Leo de Lion. A typical french Bistrot, but with a refined atmosphere and cuisine. No surprise when you know that the Chef Didier Mery spent 20 years in the Team of famous chef Jacques Le Divellec;
It looks like a simple Bistrot from outside, but the inside is more cosy and will let you guess that they serve quality here. The waiter is very friendly, and the Chef pass by the dining room to check if everything is ok; It is old style, but I like a lot this tradition.
The restaurant has the appellation of Maître Restaurateur which is granted to restaurants that work mostly with fresh products.

The snails in entrée were excellent in a great cream. I strongly recommend them.
The Magret de Canard was also very well prepared with an excellent juice.
The Apple in desert was also very good, but I found that the skin could have been removed.
