Musée National de la Marine - Paris

The Navy Museum in Paris is a splendid place to visit for Navy and Ship lovers. They hold a beautiful collection of small scales of ships from different periods, as well as accessories, weaponnery used and paintings.

The Museum's collection started with the gift of King Louis XV pieces, held for two centuries in the Louvre Palace. They were then transferred to the Palais de Chaillot, more commonly known as Trocadéro.

While visiting the museum, you will understand the evolution of ship building, technologies and weapons.
