Restaurant le Panoramic

Le Panoramic carry well its name since you have one of the most beautiful views you well ever enjoy on the Mont Blanc. Located on the Top of the Aiguille Rouge - Le Brément, at 2525 meters above sea level, you can reach the restaurant by taking cabins and without necessarily needing to ski.

The restaurant opens for Lunch and an afternoon coffee, and closes around 16h30. They serve french and international cuisine with pasta, steack as we as a few local specialties. Of course, you don't go up there for the food, but to enjoy the breathtaking view. Check before taking the cabins about the tickets and passes needed to go there. If you are in Chamonix and not a ski fan, you can take a Gastronomic Pass and Chamonix Pass which allows you to reach all the mountain restaurants in the station at a lower tariff than individual tickets (around 50 EUR).

You can book a table in advance by phone, and it is much better to do it to be sure to have a table, and a well located one.
It is really a must!

A few tips:
When arriving up there, you might feel a bit dizzy because of lack of Oxygen at this hight. Since you have a few stairs to climb, better rest a bit and take a breath for a few minutes until your body get used to the atmosphere up there.

Of course, considering the hight, you need to take warm cloths even in summer, since it is always cold up there. Don't forget sunglasses and sun cream too!Less
