Rostang is a famous French chef who has 2 stars in the Michelin guide. The Rostang in the Atlantis Hotel is one of the several restaurants/bistrots managed by the family, among which 6 are located in Paris.

With the Altantis Rostang, the atmosphere of a typical French Bistrot was recreated, yet it is much more spacious than a French Bistrot. Unfortunatly, it seems that they have imported the service quality with the atmosphere, since the waiters were unprecise despite the quite low number of tables occupied when we were there.

The good part of the restaurant is the food quality, where the plates were very tasty and well executed. The Penne with Lobster was perfect!
Prices are also high, and you need to count for a 3 course menu more than 80 USD. This goes with the quality of the Atlantis hotel, but is higher than the average in town.
