I would recommend this restaurant just for the view, as it is located on the 7th floor in a building in downtown Vienna. Food is very average, so you can just have a desert and coffee and enjoy the panoramic view from the terrasse if the weather is nice. Not really what I expected from my previous experience of rooftops in other cities.
