The 10 bridges of Budapest

The 10 bridges that cross the Danube in Budapest are :Megyeri Bridge, North Rail Bridge, Árpád Bridge, Margaret Bridge, Chain Bridge, Elisabeth Bridge, Liberty Bridge, Petőfi Bridge, Rákóczi Bridge, South Rail Bridge.

By far the most renown of then is the Chain Bridge. When his bridge was finished in 1849 it was known as the biggest bridge in the world. It connects the Buda and the Pecs part of the city and ends very close to the funicular of the Buda Castle.

Personally, I consider this a wonderful architectural masterpiece! A simple walk on the bridge can give you a great experience, double it if you add your loved one and it would sure be a walk to remember!
