Villa Corse is not only a Corsican gastronomic restaurant, but they also serve breakfasts starting 9h00 and have a Lounge-Bar corner.
The food is very well prepared and tasty.
The chef, former chef of a famous restaurant in Calvi, changes the menu each season, by using mainly quality ingredients from Corsica. The risotto with Langoustine and Foie Gras are UNBELIEVABLE. Amazing mixture between sea and ground, superbly well prepared.

The ice cream in desert is also extremely tasty, but I was a bit disappointed with the Fiadone païsanu, too thick.

I will definitly try it again!
