World of Coca-Cola

I always loved the famous drink Coca-Cola. Therefore, being in Atlanta for a whole day, I decided to visit the famous museum.

I was pleasantly surprised by this museum. A beautiful history presented in pictures and objects. The World of Coca-Cola is a permanent exhibition that provides Coca-Cola's history and a range of entertainment areas and attractions.

The initial headquarters of World of Coca-Cola was in the center of Atlanta, near Underground Atlanta at 55 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. This office was opened in 1991 and remained open for 16 years until it was replaced with the current location. The museum was located in a pavilion with three floors.

The current location of the World of Coca-Cola was opened to the public on 24 May 2007. The museum's exhibition was updated on this occasion. Coca-Cola wanted a larger and more modern space in which they can display multiple exhibits.

The museum tour starts with the tourists passing through a security checkpoint. The guests begin their visit in The Lobby, which provides big bottles of Coca-Cola made from different worldwide material. After visiting The lobby, the guests are directed to the Coca-Cola Loft, a beautiful collection of advertising artifacts dating (in large part) from 1896. Next stop is the Happiness Factory Theater, where visitors can see a mixture of documentary and scale models - the key element of the Coca-Cola company.

At World of Coca Cola, you may see the fascinating experience of history's of the most famous soft drink of the world, a dynamic multimedia presentation of more than 1,200 artifacts ranging from vintage bottles to a 1939 delivery truck from Argentina .

Visitors receive a memento from their tour: a bottle of Coca-Cola, with a special label, a cap indicating the bottling in this location. The bottles generated at the World of Coca-Cola are unique to the production line.

The hours for visits varies considerably, especially on holidays or school holidays. Tickets can be purchased up to 90 minutes before closing.
