Yunie

Yunie is probably where you will get the best Lebanese food since the closure of famous Defuny, and before Shukran is opens in Madrid Center (November 2012). This is not a hasard since George, the owner and Chef was for 25 years the Chef of Defuny.

Don't expect to be in a grand restaurant; Yunie is a sort of Fast Food - Lebanese Snack, but the food is very good, all homemade and daily made by Chef George. They have Chicken and Beek chawarma (Lebanese Kebab), which are as good as the ones you will have in Lebanon. They don't have a very extended menu since everything is daily made and the restaurant is small, but if you ask for it in advance, George can cook for you whatever Lebanese dish you would like.
