Areia Colonial Chillout

Located between Chueca and Tribunal, Areia is a relaxed bar which has a very sepcial atmosphere;

The decoration is very specific, desert like with tent tissues on the ceiling, oriental lamps here and there. in the summer, they even cover the ground with white sand giving it a holiday flavour.

The music is usually very nice, with different DJs and styles every night; They also organize live music from time to time. You can check out the details of the music events on their website.

The drinks served are more latin american style, with well prepared cocktails (the Mojito is good!) at a reasonable price. Count 7 or 8 EUR the cocktail and less than 5 EUR the rest of the drinks. This makes Areia an excellent quality price ratio.

Openned everyday from noon to 03h00, they serve a mixture of oriental and asian dishes non stop from 13h00 to midnight. The food is ok, and also reasonable in Price. They also propose a 14 EUR saturday and sunday brunches.

In conclusion, a very nice, unexpensive and relaxed place where you can enjoy nice music and good cocktails. What else?!
