Boggo is a famous spot in the Upper Velazquez street, which has two flours, the lower one is a bar and the upper one a restaurant;

Food and drinks are good, and the atmosphere quite nice;

Nevertheless, the service in the lower part is often bad, and you must be quite patient to get a drink or your order;

Prices are high for Madrid standards and for these prices, we should enjoy a better quality service;
