Puregym is a chain with over 150 locations across the UK. It has a very high price/quality ratio since memberships start from 17 pounds per month, and the gym is open 24/7 and has great equipment. Three squat racks + deadlift platform (including 1 additional squat rack), hack squat machine, etc.

The staff is usually very nice and let you train as you wish.
The only con I found is that a few trainers (less than 20%) will not allow you to train with your shoes off.
